Delete your account

You can delete your Spectrum Workshop account and its cloud save at any time. An account only exists if you chose to sign in.

In the game

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose Account & cloud save.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm. You will be asked to sign in once more, or to enter your password for an e-mail account, so we know it is you.

This deletes right away:

• your cloud save: the copy of your progress kept on our server;
• your account with our sign-in provider, Google Firebase Authentication. For Apple accounts, the game's access to Sign in with Apple is revoked as well.

The progress on your device stays, and you can keep playing as a guest.

If you no longer have the game installed

E-mail support@minigamesdesign.com with the subject “Delete my Spectrum Workshop account”, from the address of the account if it has one, and tell us whether you signed in with Apple, with Google or with e-mail and password. We may ask a question to make sure the account is yours. We delete the account and its cloud save within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is not tied to an account

Feedback you sent from the game is not linked to your account; it is deleted on its own after 180 days. Crash reports are kept by Google for 90 days. You can ask us to remove feedback sooner by e-mail. Details are in the privacy policy.
